FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Answers to your questions

What image quality do I need?

Pictures taken with a mobile phone work just as well as those taken with a DSLR camera. For the best results, we recommend a sharp image with high resolution. You can easily upload your photos in JPEG or PNG format directly from your mobile or computer.

Can I see what my poster will look like before I order?

Yes! You can see your personalized poster directly in the preview and adjust it until you are completely satisfied before placing your order.

Which storks do your posters have?

Our posters are available in several sizes to suit different rooms and environments. You can easily select your desired size on the product page before adding your poster to the cart.

Can I purchase a frame for my poster?

Of course! We offer beautiful wooden frames in several sizes and styles that fit our posters. You can find them here and easily add them to your order. Frames are sold separately.

How long is the delivery time?

Each poster is printed to order and delivered within 3–7 business days. We create your personalized order with care and ship it directly to your home.

What are the terms for returns and complaints?

We want you to feel secure with your purchase. The right of withdrawal does not normally apply to personalized products. Other products are covered by a 14-day right of withdrawal. Should anything be wrong with your order, we will of course help you. Contact us and we will find a solution.
