Answers to your questions

What is the quality of your posters?

Our posters are printed on exclusive matte fine art paper (200 g/m²) with high detail and beautiful color reproduction. The paper is FSC-certified and carefully selected for a result that lasts over time.

How does it work to create a personalized poster?

It's simple! Choose your favorite design, upload your image, and customize it with your own text. You will see the result directly in the preview and can make adjustments until you are completely satisfied before you order.

How long is the delivery time?

Every poster is printed on demand and delivered within 3–7 business days. We create your personal order with care and ship it directly to your home.

What are the terms for returns and claims?

We want you to feel secure with your purchase. The right of withdrawal does not normally apply to personalized products. Other products are covered by a 14-day right of withdrawal. Should anything be wrong with your order, we will of course help you. Contact us and we will find a solution.
